It aint that bad

I think you're doing pretty well since you're still getting used to the drawing tablet. And i definetly see some improvement when comparing it to your older ones.
The proportions of the face are much better now, and you're really getting better at drawing the hair.

But here comes the beef:
Like the ones said before me: the arms are done pretty bad, they're way too skinny (I wanna see some meat on those bones XD).
And it doesn't really look like she's got any shoulders, it's like her arms are directly attached to her neck. You might wanna get into that pose yourself in front of a mirror and use your own shoulder as an example, a real human body is always a pretty good guide, even when drawing manga style.
And you kinda messed up on the armpitts, they're just single lines (i think you should have added a little more detail) and you placed them too high, and once again: the best example is the real human body.

And most important (to me), the torso lookend really stretched out, you might wanna draw that part a bit shorter, and think you should have drawn the hourglass shape of her waist more clearly, but that's the tricky part when drawing girls. Dudes are much easier to draw :p

But you definetly have potential, keep on practicing.

Thank you :D... you have made me a bit happy in all these bleak comments... people don't remember i have been drawing for a month... -.-, i have learned to only post good pictures haha, well as far as now i have none haha, and keep practicing, i can see a huge improvement from when i started a month ago.... i love your critisisms they will help a lot, thank you :D.

Great peice of work

Just love the shading in it, must have been a real pain in the ass to do that.
Also liked the two different colored stars/moons (sorry i'm not really sure what they are).

And i don't get why some other people complain about you only drawing girls, i'd choose to watch girls over guys anyday, or is that just weird these days? :p
And there's nothing wrong with the legs of the girl at the top, it's good to have a little meat around the bones, as long as she doesn't look like Fat-Bastard.

Just one question though: how's the slurpee warrior gazing at the stars planning on geting down?

they are two stars, one is a white dwarf so it gives off blue light and looks more like a moon

and i'm sure they have some way of getting down that you can't see, but it's definitely not safe

I think you could make some money by selling this as a poster, i'd sure as hell want one.

And it's a real scrolling down and up experience: first you see a girl on a swing looking down without a care in the world. Then you just follow the leaves down and think: it's getting dark, that's a long way down. Afterwards you start wandering why you're seeing some red leaves, and when you're all the way down.........wow
Then, srolling all the back up, asking yourself why she isn't trying to get her ass out of there.

You don't see stuff like that too often, great job dude.
And by the way, Sonic eats chilidogs >=(
