So many small fine bits done so well. The face rotates ever so slighty, with the lines of the hair moving along just right. And overall just plain satisfying to look and focus on each part of the highlights in the hair, when the head moves.
And the page turning animation was nicely smooth too, including taking a little breath while turning the page, in wich you struck a nice ballance of adjusting parts frame by frame and moving a few still parts. Look like just enough to make the movement look organic without having to redraw the whole thing.

And really nice touch with the little bit of glistening in the leaves on the plants. Without having
to actually moving the leaves about a pixel back and forth. Especially like that little rustle in the bonzai tree.

Good lord that was some mighty eye-pleasing pixel animation. Recognised all the refferenced styles except for the Shovel Knight bit (but that's cause I've only played that like two short afternoons a few years ago), and I believe the first one a little more loosely based on the 1st generations of Pokemon, right?

Awesome stuff man, replayed this bad boi around 3 times straight away.

More or less. oiginally it was just supposed to represent an 8 bit pallette, which is why its not mimicking any particular style of sprite like many others.

Ahw man, such BS that this got the daily second place, while a super short meme video got 1st place. I mean, this was trippy and weird for sure, but oviously a lot of love, labour and time went into this. And while the humans weren't drawn all that pretty, the expressions were on point.
2nd place on the record, but the best o the day to me for sure.

That's some mighty fine character animation right there. The action stuff was good, of course, but most imressive was the more subtle stuff near the end. Especially the last two camera rotations, on the face-off with the last skelleton and right after that when the ceiling started flashing.
Takes a lotta work to make that slow camera movement, animate the rotating characters frame by frame with only subtle pose-changes without any janky looking bits, and staying on model.

I think I noticed, those two last rotation bits had some tacticall corners cut though. With the last skelleton, you moved the camera positon so you only had to draw the character from the chest up. And at the final rotation you had some pilars move past the foreground during some trickier pose-changes. Thankfully making the workload on those parts a little less crazy, without looking like you cheaped out on the effort.

thank you.
the rotation was fairly hard to do .took me alot of time fixing the small detail to make it look right.
i wanted to make it so Cadence stares in the face of death ,a skull. its a funny thing for me.
the very last part is actually fully rendered with color and shade is better for ajusting if anything dosnt look good.

I enjoyed the animation. Voice acti g in the first 50 seconds wasnt that bad. But then the audio got all crackly, and sorry to say, but just turned to shit after that. Wich just made things way to hard to make out what they were saying. Like it gave me the impression that the effort was just dropped in the voice acting after that. Maybe it was supposed to be like that, intended to be for funny for the troll-factor or whatever, but it was lost on me. Sorry.

No he's not, he still cold and soft, instead of goldenbrown & crunchy. LIES!!

damn dude, you're turning these out FAST. And improving on quality too. Gud job!

PringusMcDingus responds:

thank you very much! though, my previous animations were posted on Twitter and Youtube months ago but this particular one was finished 2 weeks ago. idk why i'm only now posting on Newgrounds since i've always been lurking here for years, but better late than never i suppose.

Yu whooannah hayve a cheekay pokaymoahn foight!?

The overdone accents really killed me there. Wonderfully done. And really liked how you got away with doing super simple 2 frame animations without losing the appeal, only putting in a few more frames or just a little bounce to it when it needs.

Well color me creeped.

The way Dragonball Super ended all happily everafter. I almost thought Disney already took over. (with 17's stupid-ass politicly correct wish).

But awesomely done. Really played out like a plan that Vegeta would actually sceme in the Frieza saga.

Pro gamer shmoves.
